Default new intake mani (carb) question

I got a new Edelbrock Performer 2121.
I'm converting from cfi to carb so i'm not sure which spot to put a plug in or if something goes in these spots in picture

I think that is where the fitting goes for the vacumn for your power brake booster.
If you don't have power brakes, use a plug.
I always get them from the hardware store..........
