well my 5.0 in my 94 is toast, it sounds like the rist pin in one of the pistons, i dont know what to do would like to here what you guys think im trying to do it for cheap, maybe get a used motor. does anyone know if a pre 94 motor will work like a 90 or 92 with the good pistons, thanks

Mainly any block would work, just go to a auto wrecker and look in the mustang sections pick an engine from like 86-93 all will work just find one with low miles and looks decent.. you can pick one up for like 300 bucks
