Default What do you guys think of these Sub-frame connectors?

I'm thinking about adding these just to beef up the frame. Not that I do any racing or anything, just to firm it up. WHat's your thoughts??

Nice looking set, I got mine from Global West and they were a little more expensive than what the current auction has them for.
Are you going to weld them in or bolt them in. I think the majority of people I have seen with them, weld them in.

The mtl that the frame rails are made of is kind of thin so, I think a 100 amp mig is more than you would need. My mig skills are not that good but, I think are good enough to get the job done.
