I think that it looks cool, alot of people just dont like to change body styles on a mustang.Changes on a car make it look different from other people that own that body style, and you want people to turn their heads and look at your mustang not the same old body style that has been out there for years......

That has got to be one of the most horrible things I've ever seen. That kit should be stripped off and burnt along with the molds that made it

The front bumper looks a little strange to me. Also, the sideskirts seem too boxy. I know, fox bodies are boxy by themselves. (I have an 89 5.0 GT HO)

SASSY78 wrote, "Changes on a car make it look different from other people that own that body style"....well, that's the problem with "kits" - you're trying to make your car look different by sticking the same plastic parts on it that a thousand other people have stuck on their cars. This case might be an exception, however, because I can't believe they have been able to sell many of these kits... Anyway, a lot of kits suffer from the same flaw that plagued U.S. auto designers from the mid-seventies through much of the eighties. There are too many styling tricks, that don't go together, competing for attention. Keep your mods subtle and tasteful, and your ride will have a lot more class. It will also be a lot easier to sell when the time comes. The more your car varies from stock, the harder it will be to sell. My idea of cool might be somebody else's nightmare. It's extremely frustrating to spend a ton of money making you car look "just right" in your eyes only to see your potential buyer pay more for somebody else's stock or nearly stock vehicle. Trust me - I've been there. Follow this link to see the 86 Camaro that I did for my kid. www.cardomain.com/id/camvette86 (Sorry, he really wanted this car - I'm getting started on an '86 Mustang convertible for my wife now...) Anyway, there are substantial changes to this car, but they are rather subtle. A lot of people who aren't familiar with Camaros can't tell what's been done, even though the only panels that are still stock are the hood and the T-tops. Even so, when he decides to sell it, it might bring less than a bone stock Camaro in equal condition because one buyer won't like the stripes, another won't like the nose, and someone else won't like the hatch. At least he doesn't have thousands of dollars tied up in plastic.

personally, i don't like it, but........the picture not being sized correctly does absolutely NO justice.... That body kit doesn't look like a ricer's body kit, rather, if everypne would look at the sideskirts, and rear bumper, it is actually a rendition of the 99-up saleen body kit. the front bumper also has the saleen touch, only they messed up by leaving the stock 5.0 fog light holes.......they should have made it look EXACTLY like the other kit....... but if you put it on, i'm quite sure you would win some show point, after all, it is a "unique" piece.
