if you feel up to it you can disassemble the face of the head unit and see if the light bulb is blown.

How do you do that, sorry but my specialty is messing up with the engine

Pull it out and look for the screws holding it together.Just be careful the factory units arent exactly built with quality in my opinion.

could you explain step by step how to do that, i have my stock CD player.......I tried this afternnon without luck, Im affraid i will break it.

hey krush you ever seen a 99 obra with a t/v in the top hole does it block the a/c vents,,i know it bloccks the knobs,,but didn;t know about the vents how high it came up,,
