Default NO START PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

OK. As I was driving I noticed that my guauges were acting funny. Every time I hit the breaks or turn on the turn signal the guages would move up and down(temp, oil, gas, etc.)
Car also seemed a little slow on the crank. The next day the car would not crank at all. I changed the battery, the starter- nothing. I checked the terminals, fuses, ground, relays, everything is fine. The 94-95 do not have a fender relay like the fox or at least I can't find one. The current to the starter is 12.20V so it is not the cable. Obviously there is power going to the starter WHY IS IT NOT CRANKING. What am I forgetting to check please help????

Ok. I will do that tomorrow and will elt you know. The starter is out now and it is almost 1am here. Do you think the acting up gauges have something to do with it??

I know it is not the neutral switch because the relay in the front clicks when I turn the ignition. Wouldn't that mean that the ignition switch is good too?? Just guessing
