Also, I would love to see a 4.0 version of these:

I emailed Don at V6mustangstuff and he dosent have them, and not sure if they will ever come out.

Yep, that's what I'd prefer as well. I've even thought of making some (I've seen the "high perfomance" bar available seperately) but I'd rather have the color filled numbers too

So when taking them off, hairdryer it for a while, then peel at it with what? No way in heck will I take a butter knife or anything metallic to my fender. You guys have any other tips?

Try heavy duty fishing line.

After heating the emblem, pull the fishing line underneath it to break it free. You won't have to worry about scratching anything, that way. :)

Ok, well the day after I posted this and got all your feedback, I moved it down and toward the center. Use the hairdryer and a piece of yarn (bad idea, the yarn started to thread and little yellow hairs were getting stuck on the sticky side).

Just barely took pictures of it now:

I think it looks good right where it is. I have the same Stang as you only a gold stripe on the bottom. also, I was thinking about putting those quarter louvers on but I notice a lot of other Mustangs don't really have them so now I don't know if I want them on, what do you think?

I would if I was you...i'd get it with the blue dot though...just my opinion. If you don't want to go one on each side, just put it in the upper left of the trunk. I'm gonna get a CDC complete blackout cover and place it right in the middle below the key hole!

I thought it looked good where you had it to start with, but it still looks good where you have it now. I like the clean look of not having any badges on the side of the car, but I may add a 4.0 badge at some time in the future. I'll probably put it on the left rear. I'm looking for one that looks like the 3.8 High Performance badge, but instead of High Performance says Read It And Weep.

Someone makes them, I have one on my trunk that came with my plenum cover.

This is when it was still on my plenum cover. Old pic, ignore the K&N intake. It's merely an illusion.

Definately lower is better I wouldn't worry too much about misrepresenting as a GT. It seems to me that the GT lets everyone know its a GT with all the badges they wear. GT owners buy the GT's so people know they have a GT. We know the four litres are still Mustangs and so will anyone who sees em!
