Default Steeda lowering Springs and CAI Help?

Ok so I just got an '06 GT, and am in love( much to my GF chagrin). I def. want to lower it, and I know Steeda is a good company, but so far on here everyone is talking about Eibachs. Just curious if anyone could help to point me in the right direction. Something to keep in mind is that I live 20 min. away from Steeda, so they would do the install.

Next Question is regarding cold air intake, I've read on a few of these that with a certain K&N CAI, you dont need to re-flash the ecu? is this true? and model is it? OR does reflashing the ecu even void warranty? Agian relatively new to this whole thing, so any help would be much appreciated. THanks

2006 Black GT, 5 spd, k&n air filter( but more to come)
