Funny, everytime I drive the truck or any of the other cars I see this guy in a gray 03 cobra driving like he's a bad ass. Well, today I got my chance to shut him up. </P>
I was out at lunch minding my own business, eating with the little lady. I see this guy parked outside when I leave, and he's talking to some kids (importers). He's telling them how fast it is and the one kid (with a V6 Mustang) is gawking over this thing like it's the friggin' space shuttle. Luckily I was in the black six banger, and it was all juiced up. I walk over to the guy and compliment him on his ride. He looks at me like "Yeah, I know" and says his thanks. </P>
I start asking a bunch of stupid questions, like "are those fast?" and "what does it run" and stupid things of the sort. I mention I have a V6 Mustang and once again his head swells up to hindenburg size. </P>
I ask him if he wants to race. He laughs and says "why bother." I said "well, I've always wanted to see one of those things run, why don't I give you 50 bucks if you beat me? we'll just bet 50 dollars on the race to make it worthwhile for you." He accepts (wrong move) and we leave the 100 dollars with my girlfriend and these kids, who watch from the parking lot as we line up on this road. Before I got into the car I lowered the tire pressure,and as we were going to the stop light I opened and warmed the bottle, and she was ready for action. </P>
"How about I give you a head start?" The guy says. . . I laugh and tell him he's about to lose 50 bucks. "Okay, then I guess I'll just shut you up." </P>
I open the cut-outs, and you can hear my car cammin' and idling like a raped bull. Light the other way turns yellow, and I stall it up to 3500, turns green and I leave on the kit, damn near yanked the wheels and put an easy 2 buslenghts on him by the time I shut down. </P>

Needless to say, the kids and him were entirely astonished, and I gave the kid with the other V6 a business card and a ride. Damn cocky 03 owners </P>

Yeah right.....Believe that bunch of crap when i see it happen...03 Cobra's aren't no punk's....and it's gonna take more than NOS for a V-6 stang to beat one. That's why there called Special Vehicles...Because that's what they are. 12.8-12.9's from a professional and low 13's by your everydaydriver's....But i quess no one can beat the great Johnny Lightning because all your cars are just off the hook. </P>
I thought he said his v6 Stang was in the 10's? Ton's of N20 and other goodies, but hey, it's not my car.

All i got to say is this..."ANDTHENHEWOKE UP" if it only took NOS to make a 16 second car run 10's then let me get one with it. Because that's not happening. If anyone else would have posted something that silly they would have gotten blasted for it. Well anyways, i don't feel like arguing with anyone on the forum. I sure Jugador will have something to say once he gets out of school. LOL. But nice update on tha page....I like it man. I want to put my car on my page...how can i do that?
Go to profile at the top, then go to sig. You're gonna have to use some HTML code to do it. You'll need to have a pic of your car loaded onto a server somewhere, then right click it, go to properties, get the link to your photo from the properties thing, go back to the signature box, type [IMG ]now put in your photo's link here, it'll be http://something then end it with this [/IMG]
You will not need the extra space I put in the first code box, I did it so it would show up correctly.
