Default Gear Question.. Sorry

I know I know.. another gear question posted. I have a 2005 GT, most basic bolt ons. Looking to amp up the performance of the vehicle with a gear set. I have decided most definiately on Ford Racing gears for the fact of the shear dependability and non-whining factor. I am deciding between 3.73's and 4.10's. As you know our cars are monsters on the highway. I want a gear that is gonna give me some bottom end without losing to much on the top... My question is, is the 4.10 gear going to eliminate alot of top end performance from the car on the highway? I need that 120-130 push that beats vettes... Thanks
