Default Has anyone changed ther spark plugs yet?

I want to change out my spark plugs and I was wondering if anyone has done this them selves? It seem I can get at them but Im afriad to pull the wire off the plugs lol. There on there real good. Im about to hit 8400 miles. just the regular motorcraft ones untill bosh comes out with there 4 ways.

any info would be great. What is the gap set? Does anyone know how much the dealership would charge to change them out?
