Whats up guys, just got my 07 tungsten gray gt tuesday before last. Put the hurst shifter in last week, slp loudmouths should be here monday and waiting on the C&L and tune from brenspeed to ship..hopefully should be in late next week. looking forward to lots of mods and fun in this soon to be beast! Lots of nice rides on these forums, glad to be part of the community. this makes my 2nd mustang, first was a 66 fastback with an '89 302 and t5 drivetrain but i am actually more excited about modding this one seeing as how the aftermarket for the new stang dwarfs the the classic. cant so much figure out how to post an image on here so any help would be much appreciated.

Hey everyone, I am an Aussie living in LA, finally got my California license, so it was time to pick up some wheels.
There's a lot of 60s Stangs imported into Australia, its a bit of a dream car back home, and we also have a bunch of homegrown muscle cars.
I bought an 06 Black Premium GT manual with 15k on it. Its certified pre-owned, has 18" wheels, Shaker 500 and the interior upgrade package. While I had a couple of Japanese cars in the mix, I took a GT for a test drive and was totally sold. The snarl of the V8 is awesome, and the retro styling is brilliant. Most importantly, I just had pure fun driving it.
There's so much great info on these forums - I already have a small pile of aftermarket gear on my list. First up are deep dish bullitts and gold stripes. 8)

Well first time I have been on this part of the site, I ordered my 2008 Alloy GT, May 2007, and picked up October 21st, 2007. Yeah I had to wait to get back to Germany since they dont ship them to Iraq  . I love it and the autobahn is awesome, I tried to make it through the break in period but it didnt last very long, I think within the week I took it on the autobahn for a nice little run but it still stayed below 3600 rpm's. I got almost every option except HID, and Ambient lighting. I have Light graphite interior, and IUP, and blah blah. Cost 30,026 dollars and paid cash (Tax Free Also, stuck it to the man), feels good to not have a car payment. Well I hope you all enjoy yours I am sure enjoying mine.

Traded in my 06 Maxima yesterday on the new GT. Wife has always wanted a mustang and I have missed my old fox body for too long. I was just about to buy a new C6 Corvette but decided to wait another year or so and get the wife what she has always wanted. She can't drive a stick (or be taught!!) so we opted for the auto . We are sharing this one so I get to mod it like I want!
Came home and ordered 3:73 gears, JLT CAI, Diabla Predator and Bamachip race tune, off road h pipe, Flowmasters and Eibach lowering springs. Tint gets done on the windows on Tuesdays! We are both excited and I am taking her to the drag strip for the 1st time next month for a Fun Ford Weekend!

I am pretty smart!! Although my new C6 Vette was almost a reality! Its ok I still have my C4 convertible in the garage! Its the best of both worlds. I have been a Stang enthusiast for years and have not had one in years! Not to mention it was a pretty good feeling to come home and order so many parts again

Friday the 14th this came home. One day short of 7 weeks after putting down a deposit against ordering the combination we were after. Sorry it's only a thumbnail, but that's the best I can do at the moment. And yeah, that's me.
It wasn't until I read Atlanta_Tider's posts above that I gave any notice at all to the OE antenna (it's 32" tall). I'd never even noticed it either driving, just looking at the car, or even while snapping a couple of pictures (maybe the antenna being black against a black car has something to do with that - it just seems to disappear). Though I did notice the outline horse above the inside rearview mirror. Go figure.

Well I got her. It's an 08 performance white GT/CS. Lots of options. Love her. I got her on sunday and drove it all the way from Tampa to miami. I was impress with the handling and the overall performance of the car. Already thinking about the mods. I definately need to get the CAI/tunner to wake her up. Then some gears and catback exhaust. Still debating to get a Procharger. I'll enjoy her like that for now.
I have to upload the pics to my computer I havent had time.
