just got my 2007 vista blue GT on feb. 4th .....its been it hte shop getting all the stuff below should be ready tomorrow

Bought my 2007 GT Vert to make my wife happy. She wanted a convertible and we are too big and too old for a Miata or Honda S2000. I wanted a Toyota Prius or a Chrysler 300C. How schizophrenic can I get? Now, I am very happy with my first American car. Handles better than a Lotus Elan! Certainly handles better than the 2004 BMW 325i I had before the Mustang, and the Mustang doesn't beat me up over the bumps either. Of course, being a Mustang it can't stay stock for long. The first thing I bought was a strut bar, and there are a lot of suspension and cosmetic mods to follow. Wait until you see the custom NACA ducts I am preparing for the hood.

Got my 07 black gt manual on March 23, 07. Took 10 weeks from the Day I ordered it, but well worth the wait. I love my car, no problems so far except some water leakage on the door sills after rain. I love doing burnouts, just have to remember to turn off my tcs. lol

My brother has a '67 Coupe Legend LIME, baby and I've dreamt aboutgetting one for myself for 20 years!!! I pulled the trigger two months ago and got an 06 GT Tungsten Gray with all the trimmings two months ago. I am thinking about a few modifications.
First question: anyone have experience 'keeping it blue'? I am thinking about a FRPP and an x-pipe conversion for starters. Comments? alternatives?
Next move would be a new set of sneakers...I don't like the look of the stock wheels or the painted aluminum that is a Ford option. I am leaning to the Ford black 18's. If you have a Tungsten gray with black rims, please respond with a picture. I want to get a look at them on a live ride if I can.
Finally I am considering upgrading the suspension. I am curious as to 'all the way around' or just lowering the rear. Looking for comments on both sides of the fence. Thx

Hey What's Up,
My car is on order and should be here hopefully by Memorial Day weekend!
I ordered it back on April 7th so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I only have
a week and a half to go.
I will be posting pictures shortly after getting it.
