I'm actually thinking of building one next year(cause I can't afford a real one like this).... I wont EVER pay more than 40k for a car......that's just nuts....but that's just me.
well i will agree the ford gt and the saleen s7 are awesome looking cars. i respect those who like those 2 cars, cause i surely do. but when some guys were saying they'd take a roush over a ferrari, that just didnt sound right. but since ya'll started to talk about the ford gt and the saleen s7, then my argument is over. those cars are bad ass, and are way better then a roush. peace.

If you give me a car I can sell for $100-150k I will unload that thing and buy the parts I want. Or cars I want. Better yet give me $100k and see what I can come up with... any takers?

Give me $100k and it wont be a sleeper, it would be a 41 Willys with a blown and injected Hemi stroker. Mopars are just a pain in my rear. I like some, Challenger/Cuda, 68-70 Chargers GTX Roadrunners, Darts Demons Dusters, Just dont like workin on them. Ever do an alternator on an Omni? Kill me first okay?
Im not about prestige, if it doesnt move, I dont care. If its all about looks I will get an escalade and put 26 in rims on it, or a civicc with a fart can and three wings. Make it go and I am impressed. talkin about a 9 sec Honda doesnt excite me because it probably isnt the person bringing it up who owns it. There are literaly thousands of V8's running in the 9s and faster. Not on the street, but a 9 sec honda is not a daily driver.
I want a Ferarri someday, but i will make the pretty red car move. Trust me on that.

Omni GLH is a tiny car with a turbo on it. They suck to fix when they are NA, add the plumbing and they really suck. They ran high 14;s stock at times. Most were 15 sec cars. For their time they were fast 4 cyl. cars.
For every 9 sec 4 cyl ride there are thousands of 9 sec V8's. It takes alot to get anything in the 9's. 11's take more than just throw parts at it. Someone has to think about it and make it work. Its not just buy this and run this fast. If you dont beleive me, try it.
I shudder when I think of the money lost on Mopar vehicles due to being harder to work on.
