Yes...I have already done so.  The only mods I made were the MAC Cold Air Kit, and Flowmaster 3" Quiet-Thunder cat-back system.  He had the jump in first, I took over in gears 2 and 3.  Beat him by less than a quarter of the front-hood length.

I definitely had to work at it the entire way but I sent this early 50 year old sugar-daddy back in complete shock to his 21 year old $300.00 / hour escort babe.....and yes it really felt good to bitch-slap that pompous arrogant ass....especially in front of his fake-boobed babe since he was overheard to say to her "watch me bury this chump" before we went upto to the hole.

Just writing about it here makes me angry just thinking about that slag.

All those mods including labor cost around $3K. The exhaust system is the most expensive, but I chose Bassani and Borla because nothing is too good for my Cobra. And the look on Z06 owners faces when you blow their doors off is priceless.

OKC03 --  All that for only 3K? --- wow---  I live about 5 miles from Steeda over in Pompano....I think a visit to them is in order.

Hey guys! You all teaming up on this little ol' Z06 owner or what!?!? LOL. j/k I agree with you guys. For the money, a Cobra is the way to go. Man, if I only knew that about 9 months ago! LOL But I think spending 33k for a cobra and mods is a much better deal than a 52k Z06. Hince, the Z06 can be easily modded too, but it costs MUCH more to mod a Corvette than a Cobra! Go with the Cobra. I've always been a mustang man. Although the Vette feels more like a luxury-sports car, I like the Cobra more in the fact that it's so easy to mod, and much cheaper. Only thing I'm going to miss about the Vette is the gas milage. It's my daily driver, and I get 20 mpg easy. Rating for the cobra is 16. Oh well. Can't have it all!

The Gas Mileage for the 2003 COBRA that I get is 24 MPG gallon.  I have done over 30 trips to Detroit from COlumbus Ohio and that is what I consistently average, my lowest being 23 MPG.

If I am kickin in the blower alot then my gas mileage is 17 MPG.

That's really good. The sticker at the dealer says 16, as it also says all over the internet. But if you are getting 24, that's really great. Makes me want one even more now! lol

my snake is weighing in @ 19-25 on 93o. i have few mods and am suprised to hear that so many cobra nuts are having trouble with pesky little vettes. my LT bought one (for the sake of racing me) when we returned from afghanistan. i spank his vette almost daily... but perhaps his AOD is the key problem.....
