Default Push Button Start

Hey, I'm new to the forums. Just wondering if anyone has ever installed a push button start in an 05-06 Mustang with manual shift? The install looks pretty straight forward but was just wondering if there were any gotchas before I bump into them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Rich

well i think you still need to put your key in the ignition and turn to acc to start the car, which is pretty gay... unless you just want the look? i think you money could be used for something better... u get to turn a whole 20 degree less

I'm aware I still have to turn the key and it's doesn't make much sense but I didn't ask for your opinion on how to spend my money. I asked if anyone had ever installed one before and run into problems. Most production cars i've ever seen with a push button start still require the key. The RAM SRT10 is setup the same way but it's still pretty cool to have the button start. Thanks anyway.

push button starts are much less strain on the engine,

for example, everytime u crank it up, its not 100% consistant, and this will wear parts out after years

so.....

the push start is a decent mod

I got the push button start installed. Works like a champ. If anyone needs the wiring instructions, let me know.
