Default Need to mod new 06 pony GT - suggestions?

Hey all,

You may notice my first post about getting my new pony and being giddy about it (I'm still giddy) but as I read around, most of you guys have already modded your stangs to bits and quite frankly, I will be jealous if I don't mod mine too.

So with that said, what do you suggest my first few mods may be and why? For one, I'm already in love with the throaty sound the engine makes but I've seen some exhaust mods that do wonders to amplify and make it sound like a bigger beast so that'll prolly be my first.

Anyway, thanks in advance for all the suggestions. Also, cuz I'm a n00b, you may want to tell me what hte MOD does as well and if there are any performance upgrades do to it.

Thanks!

I put the Flowmaster Axle back muffle kit on my car. It gives the car a more throaty sound, but you may want to look at some other brands. I got the Flowmasters because I could get them cheap. You'll probably look at a cold air intake kit as well as a tuner to change your engines computer program. I have a CnL Intake and Predator tuner on order for mine. You need the tuner because the new intakes provide more air than the engine is tuned to handle stock. Sorry I don't have any technical answers, but I hope these help.
