Default conversion wiring pr

I am currently in the midst of converting a 93 mustang lx 2.3 liter into a 347 stroker. I have the motor in and all the suspension completely redone with the drive line redone as well. I had an 89 mustnag GT 5.0 liter that I got parts from. I switched out the main wiring harness coming off the computer and all harnesses off that. I left all harness's alone from computer back, such as the ones going to tail lights, fuel pump and the wires that run under the dash. I also left the harness coming out of the firewall on the drivers side in as well. Once hooked up everything works, heater blower, tail lights, directionals, brake lights, horn, glove box light and I have power going into the coil. When I go to start the car however the fuel pump does not turn on and I have no spark. Any info you could give me I would apreciate it greatly
thank you</P>
