Default doors

have 86 gt,needs alittle work.thinking of changing over to 87+ doors,is this a straight forward swap or not,also plan on changing front bumper assembly and hood also to an 87+ lx setup,oh yeah doors are power.need an aswere before i start on this

Default doors

just talked to a friend of mine on the phone,he said it would be easier just to swap out door panels because of the way the body trim is ,anyone have experience with this swap.as far as swapping the whole door and it looking right.

Default doors

I have an 85 Mustang GT and I put doors off an 88 gt and fit fine. If you look at the actual shape of the door it is the exact same- the only difference my be in the hinge- but you do have different size spacers- kinda like wedges.
