Default Engine Swap

I just swapped the engine in my 86 GT with an engine out of another 86 GT and i got everthing together and started it up and its not firing on all cylinders. Has anyone encountered this problem after an engine swap?? Where should I begin to fix this problem. Ive double checked my wiring and vacuum lines and they're all in order. Im sure its something simple, I just thought Id check before I go mess with it in the freezing cold.

I dont know if this will help but maybe you could check your timing. Is that motor the original motor for that other 86 gt or did someone put that motor in from another car. if so it could have a non-h.o. firing order.Good luck!

It turned out to be a vacuum line that was not connected to the back of the intake. Thanks anyway.
