O.K.-if you're looking for all those comforts in a classic, it's not going to be hard to find, it just might cost a bit more. I would recommend if it's going to be driven often to go with a 67-up model year as the interiors are a bit more comfy and have more safety features(seat belts,collapsible steering columns,headrests,etc...) Now onto the retro-fitting. Any of the above model years can have those things(a/c,p/s,p/b) "bolted-on" without much hassle, however it is costly and labor intensive. As for the auto trans, it won't be too hard to find one with it as a lot of people preferred it over the manual.
