I am new at this so be gentle with me ok.----I have a 94 Gt Convert at the moment but I have it up for sale to this guy for 3500 and looks like he may take it.--So I am going car shopping today. I want it to have leather interior and this time I want an automatic but I am having a problem chosing a color. I love the all black look but also like the solid white. Everyone says for me to go back with red or even yellow. I wash my car all the time so keeping it clean will not be a problem but I have been told that white tops get a mildew look to it and is impossible to keep clean.

Give me your advice and guys tell me which car you think looks hottest.

Welcome to the forum.  I have a friend with a convertible with a white top, and yes it is fairly hard to keep clean.  Once the mildew starts, you may have trouble keeping it away.  As for the colors, I have had a torch red 03 GT, and it always looked clean.  Now I have a yellow Mach, and it gets dirty fairly quick, but looks very nice when clean.  Hope this helps.  Good luck, keep us posted.

I think the black is so much easier to dress up and i love the sleekness of it. I really like red but I am so tired of all the comments I get. I am a blonde so everyone calls me Barbie in her little red convert. I saw a yellow stang in Myrtle Beach this summer that had white interior but i thought it looked odd whith the white top when the put it back on.

Go with black, It's the best factory color.

DW-03GT - Is that a Macanudo in your avatar?  Gotta love em, I prefer La Unica, you should try them sometime.

Yes I actually wanted to keep my car cause I love the 94's  and my BF owns a paint and body shop so he could have painted it but I have some things wrong with it that i am a little scared to even think of how much it would cost to fix. I have had it for about 4 years and I think I am just ready for a change. It would cost alot more to fix it to where I want it so I would really just rather buy one already the way i want it.     Alot of people have told me to wait on the 2005's but to be honest I don't like therm at all.

No it's definatly not a Crapanudo, It's a Cuban H. Upmann. I hate Macanudos, no flavor, no body, just like smoking air. I smoke mainly full bodied high powered cigars, about %50 Cuban, %35 Nicaraugan and the rest are Dominican and Honduran

I wish I lived an hour and a half from Myrtle, It's the happiest place on earth.

Moving there someday. probably in about 16 years the way things are going.

Amy: Welcome aboard sweetheart, it is nice to see female stang lovers. Now, you are buying a V8 right?.......dont go for the crappy v6, is useless and meaningless to own one. Colorwise, for a girl, yellow will be nice, but with a black top. White tops suck. My silver stang has a black top and it really make it stand out. I dont like red on any car, "too busy" for the eye..Black for a girl I dont like...take care and remember this:
