Hi all. My name is Drew and I am very new to Mustangs. I don't currently own one, but I am looking for an 87-93. I hope to get a lot of info and feedback to help me decide a year and style. Thanks!

ah...no The price is a bit much and I like (sorry if I offend) the old "trailer trash" style Mustang. Even my wife and Mother-in-Law is against me. They told me to get an 87 Z28.

i would hope not...it's gonna flop and end the mustang. as i see it, the mustang is affordable performance. it's gonna lose the affordability factor if it's 30k
This place says they haven't put out a price yet, but (quote)
There are goals to meet though, and one of them is that the V-6 has to start under $20,000. I think they wanted the Cobra to be under $40,000, but now it has to produce 500 horsepower instead of 400 to compete with the next-generation Corvette Z06, so the price may go up. (endquote)

uh, folks....the 2005 Stang is going to be upwards of 35K for the base. -- My bud also went to the show in NYC and says it looks very nice, but will start at 35-36k depending on what the end production version will be....they have already changed the rear lights after the show.....and they will have an "Elenor" version also. Expect $$ to be around the 50 area for the "Elenor" version.

Just get a nice 90 - 94 Mustang and make it the way you want it to be, It'll be cheaper, to your liking, paid for, and re-sellable if need be. --- that 2005 is nice, but expensive. I thought about it for about 6 months and then decided to just rebuild my 1990. -- My girlfriend thinks I should by the 2005, but it's not her hard earned money now is it???!!!
