Im not so sure that upgrading the car is going to decrease the value.
While the hardcore "keep it original" dudes might not like it there is a whole other "performance" group of people who would be happy to pay for the car because it is better than it was when it was new.
I know a few of you are going to disagree on this part but I think the stock mustangs looked terrible because the suspension cause them to squat or sit with the nose high, it just doesn’t look nice in my opinion.
Not only does it look bad they handle awful, the rear always feels like it wants to pass the nose up when you make a turn.
With the upgraded suspension the car goes where I point it and sticks to the road and the back end stays in the back. I can take freeway on ramps posted at 25mph at 43 mph and still have a safe buffer.
In my honest opinion a total suspension upgrade with the nose lower than rear is a must with tight sway bars and springs.
Engine upgrade is optional.
Hey at current demand we only have 10 years of "cheep" gas left might as well have fun with it while we have it.
Do to the car what makes you happy not what others think is good because we both know you don’t plan on selling it anyhow
