OK, I have a 1990 Mustang GT,the panel dimmer only will light up the dashboard if the reo-stat is to the absolute brightest setting. I replaced the reo-stat thinking that was the issue but the brand new one does the exact samething, so I tested the old one and it works just fine. If anyone knows about a trick circuit, a circuit breaker, or a relaythat would only affect the panel lighting please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</P>
