OK so here's the deal...tax refunds are in, and it's time to buy a new toy. I am tied between 2 cars, both of which are pretty near me. My options as they stand right now are an '89 5.0 notchback and a '70 302 coupe as described above, and the '70 is mostly original in great condition. I am a musclecar fanatic so the 1970 is just screaming my name, but I have wanted a notchback 5.0 for so long, and I finally found one within my price range near to me. Oh, what to do what to do...

The '70 bro. Don't give in... you just said it's calling you. GET THE 70! In time that notch won't be worth the gas money you put in it. That coupe with some money and time invested will retain and appreciate. You will regret it if you don't get the coupe..... trust me.

Now I'm driving a '96 GT convertible which I'm considering selling because I don't want to make payments anymore. I can sell it for what it's worth right about now and be done with it. That's why I'm thinking the notch. Good driveability and mileage, and no payments!

I can not vote on this poll I love them both!!!!! I used to have an 89 and sold it and now regret it... and have always wanted a 70.. whichever one you choose bro you can't go wrong....... happy choosing:)
