i think there just going off the name gt500, i saw the concept has shelby across the rear deck lid, so good possibility, but in truth, the only real shelbys were made from 1965-1970, never been another shelby mustang since never will/should be

On the prototype it is on the REAR DECK LID, THE STEERING WHEEL CENTER CAP, AND THE CENTER BADGE ON THE REAR TRUNK LID. Don't think he'd let them call it the 2007 SHELBY GT 500 without getting his name on it. Furthermore, yes the real Shelby's were made in that five year span that's why this car is supposedly so hyped. It's the first time his name is on the car in 37 years.

yes it will...and the dash is signed by Shelby himself. Which means everyone will buy them at 20k over sticker in the event the shelby dies becasue they will quadruple in value instantly!
