Default 2003 gt convert.

We are contemplating the purchase of a leftover '03 convertible. 4.6 auto. What are the real world issues regarding ride comfort for a six foor driver, adults in the rear for very short distances and winter driving. The car seems to be a reasonable compromise for a convert. with some storage space at a reasonable price.

Thanks for any help,
