Okay, you said my Chevy Killer 3rd brake light cover was sent out on Monday. I haven't gotten it yet...what's up? It should go just regular mail in an envelope so why is it not here yet?

1. I didn't say it was shipped monday..I said I hope it ships out monday.

2. It was shipped by since I didn't have anymore material in stock I had it cut by one of my distrubutors and shipped directly to you.

3. Remember even if you are next door and I sent you a letter..with HOLIDAY SEASON here it would still take MUCH longer.

4. Its not a badge its a vinyl overlay :)

It will arrive there, I assure you.

Relax..I wasn't questioning your reliability. I thought you said it shipped on Monday. For the record, I was very pleased with the customer service and quick response from you and I'm looking forward to getting my badge...ooops ... vinyl cover...LOL

EDIT: PS - I just ordered your gas shocks online too - so you should be nice to your customer.

It was the 'I ASSURE YOU' I thought sounded a little testy...LOL - No harm. I really did order your premium gas hood shocks today and I am really looking forward to getting those as well. I couldn't put a note on the online order, but can you make sure they get sent with 'no signature required'.

Thanks,

Mark

PS - I'll post up pics of both when I get them.

I don't think the no signature would be possible as that nulls the verification that it arrived and somone signed for it. They take it 3 times and then hold it at FedEx facility for 5 business days allowing you time to pick it up.....impossible to sign for it?

BTW YOu made a great choice with the ELITE's they are top of the line and an amazing product. You are going to absolutely LOVE using these shocks each and every time.

Remember not to let you hood go up on its own though...guide it slowly....this will prevent anything from going wrong (had one person try to push hood UP manually and the shocks were going slower so he BROKE the brackets right off the hood)

Thanks for the info. I'm really excited to get them. I probably would have doen the same thing (force hood) so thanks for that info as well.

As far as packages, I get a lot of deliveries and I'm not home much and alll the drivers know where to hide my packages. I have NEVER not got a shipment from anyone. It's a pretty basic shippping method - in fact, it's automatic no signature required unless you select 'signature required' when shipping.

Thanks for all and I'll keep you posted.

Mark

Okay, I STILL have not got my Chevy Killer Vinyl overlay. Can you please check with your distributor to and see if he has sent it or when he plans to. Thanks.

As far as the 3rd brakelight goes, Ive shipped it twice...It should be there anytime now and I suspect mail is running slower because of Christmas.

So it should be there ANYDAY NOW SIR :)

Okay, you said it was your distributor so I'm not going to scream at you. But please tell me how the heck this is supposed to fit the 3rd brake light of an 05 mustang?

That's not exactly the customer service I was looking for. This thing came with no instructions, I assume I have to cut it, but the letters themselves don't even fit in the brake light space. Can you try to get another sent to me in the right size? I'm am only anxious because I'm in a pretty big show next friday and wanted it on for then.

EDIT - Sorry - Just read your post. It's okay man, just wanted it for the show next week. And like I said, cutting it is easy but the letters themselves don't even fit in the space.
