Hey, I'm interested in getting a mustang, I'm looking at a 1969 Mustang Grande right now. But I'm still not sure about the muscle car idea. Could anybody tell me why I would want a muscle car. I need some good reasons why I should get one. Thanks

1.No other sound like a V8 rumble.
2.Neck snapping torque.
3.Don't need a power adder to make up for the lack of 4 cylinders.
5.It's the American thing to do.
6.Much cheaper to mod than a box of rice.
7.You will not be laughed at because you tried to turn your mamma's honda into a race car.
This list could go on and on,just sit back and really think about it for a while and I am sure you will make the right choice. Sean37784.0222569444

simple math

honda 4 cyl.- 400 hp and 13's in the quarter (only while running juice) = $60,000

429 scj old school stang- 800hp and 11's in the quarter =     $18,000   this may not seem like to much of a difference but a car that runs 11's will be done about the same time the 13 sec car is 3/4 down the track. rice = ignomi in racing

ITS AMERICAN!!!!! especially in times like these, you need to be patriotic.

American Muscle cars are also just alot nicer to work on. You wont look stupid doing anything. These cars look and are tough and mean.
