Ok, first off, please don't think I am stupid, but I can't find anything that works and am at my wits end...

Can anyone offer a suggestion on how to mount a cell phone between the steering wheel & gauges and the thermostat controls? I would love to be able to hang my cell phone in that area instead of having it roll all over my car. The mounting kits that I have tried dont last long due to the summer heat melting the adhesive. Does anyone have any suggestions that actually work?? Thanks in advance.
