You guys should have bought the 62mm throttle body from BBK I have had mine for 6 months no problems at all.I did have one before made by lighting force it hade the same problems you all have had sent it back for a refund.I will say that bbk did alot of testing before they released this product unlike the other guys.

The project is finished. I got great results
The difference in hi revs is big and the car pulls a lot better. 4th and 5th gears are much more agressive now!

A stang throttle body to a eurospec 2.0 ford focus. Thank you

Above it was written that the "dual 55 mm stock orifices are equal to one 77.78 mm total air intake." Forgive my ignorance but why doesn't it eaqual 110 MM (2x55)? Can anyone tell me?

The formula for round areas is pie times the radius squared. Do the math.
A 12" woofer is not twice as big as a 6" woofer in cone area.

I am glad i found this forum.  I just purchased a bbk tb.  I haven't put it on yet.  the guy at my local speed shop told me to send it back.  He told me if i put it on i will have nothing but problems.  After reading this forum it seems as though the amount of trouble you go through to adjust it doesn't seem worth the small gain.
