Bernadette, you know I dont recall anyone called him queer, or gay maybe someone did but I am not about to read 97 post to find out. All anyone has stated here was that the Cobalt (Super Slow) was a superior car to nothing but the redline from saturn, or all the little economy cars that follow. So before you have an aneurysm about the topic sit back and analyze the comments before rushing in like you just did. Which i beleive you accused everyone for.

You know it's funny. I did read through everything. So yes I did analyze the thread. It's many of the people here who didn't. Like I said before. The guy posted a video and had people jump on him. Oh and in regards to the gay quotes. Here you go.

“Dude you drive a cobalt shut the fcuk up.... “

“My excusse for when i get beat by the new camaro ss A.k.A coblat ss is going to be...Hey your gay you drive a cobalt”

“guy driving a ss is like a guy in a del sol...gay”

“Is there a link to you looking gay in a Cobalt?”

I'd look for more but I didn't feel like reading through every post. Sound familiar?

Wow. Gotta love all the gay and queer comments. Here's an idea, since some of you don't seem to have an original one. When bashing someone why not try to using different terminology for once. Saying something is gay is so juvenile. Besides, didn't you know that half of all Mustang buyers are women? That would make it rather feminine wouldn't it? Or at least metrosexual. You're probably pissing some gay members off as well. One of which I know drives a 03 Cobra.

Now CodySS didn't start off with the intention of bashing anyone. Just read from the beginning. He simply posted a video and people started jumping on him. He got defensive. What do you expect? Many here would do the same thing. So don't think, for once, you are any different.

IF HALF OF MUSTANGS ARE PURCHASED BY WOMEN, WHY IS IT NOT MASCULINE FOR WOMEN TO BUY A MUSTANG? YOU'RE AN IDIOT.

Hey don't get your pantys in a wad. Did you not sse the question mark at the end of my sentence. It was more of a question. Oh and don't blame me. Here's the article.

I've known for years half of all Mustang buyers are woman. It's probably what's helped keep it around.

I don't mind what sex buys the car. My point was, if half of buyers are women and half are men, how can it be "femanine?" Your "50/50" statistic displays no bias towards sex.

I guess what I was trying to say didn't come out right. My reason for the 50/50 sex thing was in response to the gay comments. Just because you don't like a car doesn't make it gay. Just because 50% of Mustang buyers are women doesn't make it feminine. They are both preposterous statements and I was trying to point that out.

I'm not trying to start a fight but you can't deny that women have some sort of an influence on the cars design though. If you have a product and 50% of that product is purchased by a certain group of people you would be crazy not gear it towards them in some way. It just wouldn't be good business.

Ok perhaps cheesey is a better term. Hyping up these cheap ass, tiny vehicles is cheesey. It doesn't look like a fast car, doesn't handle like a fast car, doesn't sound fast, etc etc etc. It's marketed to kids who want to look like the movies, and its marketed to kids who's parents are buying the car.

Just like the Cobalt is suppose to appeal to the teenage high school "2 fast 2 funny" craze? My whole deal is that this is suppose to be a MUSTANG BOARD...so I didn't join up planning to talk about Cobalts. I graduated from high school a number of years ago and am personally sick of this whole 4 pooper new age muscle garbage that I thought I left behind then. Don't bring it to us when we're trying to stay well away from those types of people who are trying to prove something. Given people can and will say what they want it being a free country, just expect to be made fun of on a regular basis when you present yourself like this.

That is exatly what I said/mean. I enjoy big engines. Watching people putting these parts on 4 door family sedans kills me, and makes me want to put them into a guardrail.

Hey no one is saying you have to talk about Cobalts. The video section is for Mustangs as well as off topic subjects so we should expect to find things on their we don't necessarilly want to see. Like the obese woman banging her stomach on a guys back or some of Pandalegs sigs. Just a joke Pandalegs. Also don't be so hard on the import crowd. There are a lot of really bad ricers out there but a lot of these people are simply taking what are their first cars and individualizing them. Back in the mid 90's the import crowd in my area was actually cool to hang out with. They didn't care if I drove a Civic, Mustang or Corvette.

A) So now a chip, exhaust and a K&N intake make a 16 second truck a 15 second truck?

B) Before you act as if you know a damn thing BBKBadBoy read up. The HP increases of the
stage kits is based off of the under-rated stock 205HP. The Stage 2 will actually be in the
area of 270-280 crank HP.

Some of you guys are pathetic. Are you going to tell me that a 99-04 GT will handle and brake better too?

Like I said before I didn't come here to start trouble but with the ego's and ignorance around here it's almost impossible.

A) technically it can, have you ever heard of something called a Diesel????

B)I'm just going off the information i found on the site actual Cobalt SS, im not a Cobalt fan, so i really wouldn't give a f*** but on another note your gonna tell me the Cobalt SS supposed to have that much horsepower at the crank when she Stage 2 SRT4s have that much at the crank so how about you go check your info and provide something to back yourself up like i did, instead of just talking smack

I was once like this guy here, I had alot of Imports, can't really say the Cobalt is an Import but its close enuff, Ive own Imports from a 90 240sx w/ srdet20 swap to Lexus SC400, to Nissan 300zx tt, to a 1987 Rx-7 which ran 12s on street tires and 11's on slicks, so im already hip to the game of once you beat one v8 you think your the s*** but thats not the case, this guy reminds of the guy that was on the Redline site he had a stage 1 Redline running 13.9s and saying he beat this z28 6 times at the track

And on another note, If you come to a Mustang site saying you can beat Mustangs with your Cobalt what would you expect, i bet if you go to a Fbody site you would get the same treatment, ive seen a Turbo Sentra beat a 03 Cobra from a roll and then when they raced from a stop the Cobra left it by at least 6 cars or more

How about racing him from a dead stop and then posting the video as apposed to posting videos of a roll, and the excuse about your tires spinning O Please!! come on how old are you??? I know im younger than you and ive never used an excuse like that, if you race someone you race them the win is either gonna go to the better car or the better driver either way someone wins

Hey now. Nothing wrong with a sleeper family sedan that can kick ass. Don't know if any of you remember the old Mercedes 500E? The one with a Porsche developed engine? Way before that Mercedes was putting a 6.3 ltr. engine in one of its sedans. The 300 SEL 6.3. I know it's in a different class but I do enjoy a plain sedan that's hiding a lot of muscle.

But yes. Many of these people have gone too far. As demonstrated in the video, posted twice mind you, of the GTR Mustang. If there is anyone in the world worthy of scorn it's the guy who riced up what I think is a V6 stang and believes his car has pistons and a rotary. LOL
