They need to take the drawing that kid did in Southern California and make the d*** thing. It wouldnt be able to stay on the lots. That is if they put the HP in it like Ford does matched with the Mustang Price.

that actually a concept of the bel air they were hoping to come out with. i seen that in a mag and it said it was the concept bel air. i heard its a definite that gm is showing a concept camaro at the 06 detroit shows

don't doubt the domestics... I mean dodge did release the 4 door "muslce" sedans and the station wagon on steroids (magnum)
and chevy did release that hideous PT cruiser minivan the HT or whatever it's called. And look at Buick... talk about bland...[:'(]

well if u look at that camaro, it is a concept. that is not what you will be seeing driving around if it even happens. but you will see basically the same thing, but a little more simple, jus tlike the mustang. well that bel air aint that bad, besides the nose of it. look at it like this, even after all the gas prices go up, gm is still making old fashioned cars. would you rather have them making front wheel drive tuner cars? look at it like that, and that bel air gets a lot prettier.

I was just reading that the much talked about '07 Camaro in the econo version gets a 5.3 and the upgraded gets the 6.0 LS1 motors.

im surprised GM is whoring the GTO platform like it did for the trailblazer, take the GTO and rebadge it as a camaro, hell, rebadge it as a Buick as well and call it a Grand National

I don't know that I'd say they were whoring the GTO platform, but even so. Why not? It's one of the best platforms under $100,000 you can buy. Other than it being a touch on the fat side, it's solid, handles very well, stops like a million bucks, and can hold up to the power. I personally hope the new Camaro is based on the GTO platform. The previous F-Bodies were complete noodles.
