GT500 price
After seeing the outragous mark up of Mustang prices...such as $32,000 for a conv. V6[sm=bs.gif]...I'm afraid that even though they are going to be below $40,000(MSRP) dealers are going to bump them up to about $50,000. Anyone else feel this way????
Maybe its just me but even if it does have Shelby's name on it it should NOT cost more than a Vette...whatever happened to the "affordable ponycar" ...$40 grand for a conv. GT pisses me off... Maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself... |
RE: GT500 price
I recall reading in a magazine that the GT500 will have a m.s.r.p for around 45,000..But ya probley because the limited supply of them dealers will boost the prise up[:'(]

RE: GT500 price
From what I read, the MSRP of the coupe is going to be under $40,000! If that's the case, unnder $40,000 for a 450 HP is pretty good but like someone else said, the mark up and limited availability will put them out of the "ordinary" person's price range.

RE: GT500 price
I heard that the GT500 will be rated at 485BHP. The base price will be 38995. The mark up will suck but what that is over the car will be a great buy.
