Just added flows and drop in k & N. Love the sound. Do I notice any power difference? No! But just the sound alone has had me sitting in my car in the garage listening to that sweet sound. So I'm sold on flows. All the shops told me the actual hp difference between magnaflow and flowmaster were really small. Has anyone noticed a change with just these two mods?

The big exhaust guy here used to say the same thing until he bought himself a 2001 GT, dyno'd his car with the Flowmasters for the first time - decided to change the sound of his car & went with Magnaflow, dyno'd it again and nearly s**t himself. He no longer sells Flowmaster mufflers...

Damn.....let's see...if he nearly s**t'd himself, and no longer sells flows**tter (usually a sign that the retailer believes it's an infeior product)......

I'll let those of us with common sense decifer that one for you.

Word of advice, have the door up and don't keep the windows shut......

I think everyone would agree, Mags have the best performance gains.

in my honest opinion flowmasters have the most classic sound for a pony. but that is just my opinion. one thing i know for a fact is that an H pipe is going to give you more of a rumble than an X. It has been proven by ford themselves, also the hp gain is about the same.
