I need some info on some cheap mufflers that will make my car sound good. I'm not really worried about the exhaust but I have a remote starter now i want a good sound when i start it next to an unsuspecting person

Definantly Flowmaster dual exhaust (Im assuming its a single exhaust since its a 3.8). It'll help alot with the stuffy breathing (at least my 01 3.8 seems to starve for air) as well as sound better. No, it wont sound a thing like a GT, but then again, what does! But it will help.

Well, I have a 3.8 with Flowmaster exhuast, single not dual, and maan, it sounds bad ass,i have gotten many complements from people. To me it sounds stock GT, as well as to others. I am soon to get the dual exhaust system, havnt decided if i wanna leave the cats or not... i am also soon to be getting me a cobra engine, but first have to collect up the money for it, hehe.

i don't know much about 3.8s but my dads boat has a 6cyl chevy engine and when he had o replace the exhaust manifolds he ran straight pipes right out the back of the boat.......damn it sounds nice as hell, most people say it sounds like a really loud harley
