Default Rough Zone

Has anyone with an '05 GT had a problem with a rough zone at exactly 1200 rpm?
The dealership says its just an exhaust resonance condition. They added a damper, but it hasn't made any difference.
Suggestions?

So maybe it is a resonance condition, just happening at different rpm.
