Well I saw a fully restored 71 mach 1 for 15,000. It had a 429. My guess for the 1/4 mile, maybe 12 seconds

Default RE: ’72 Mustang Mach 1

I bought a 72 mach 1 1-1/2 years ago for $5000 in decent shape but needed some cosmetic work and a steering column which I picked up at a junk yard. The interior seats had some
small imperfections and the body has minor work to be done and has a 351 cleveland. These cars are suppose to do the 1/4 mile in 12.1 s. If you check on line at
some of the car price sites like NDAA they will give you the going price.
