What is the difference in the motor of these cars because they are both supercharged 4.6's right?

The saleen has a whole bunch of extra suspension and body mods different to the cobras. The motor is a GT motor - SOHC, 2V 4.6, with a saleen s/c
The cobra i the DOHC, 4V 4.6 in all its glory with an eaton s/c

i was unaware that saleens blower was twin screw? i thought it was a roots

all Saleen blowers, as of 03, are twin screw; the S281sc uses a series 4 Lysholm twin screw unit, and the S281E uses a larger series 5 Lysholm unit capable of BIG boost #'s
