'06 CONVERTIBLE TOP TEAR

I just took delivery of my '06 Convertible and noticed a tear in the top at the lower right hand corner where the rear glass outer edge radius contacts the top. The dealer has received authorization from Ford to replace the top. Has anyone else seen this problem?

If it smells like a lemon...is it a lemon.

That's why I carry a roll of "emergency duct tape" in the trunk for just in case
