Sorry I've been away for a while. So far my first dyno pull was 392 rwhp but my MAF pegged so we had to stop. I installed a Diablo MAFia and have not had a chance to get back on the dyno for my final tune. My tuner suspecs around 420 rwhp once dialed in.

Thanks everybody. Now I think I will lower the back an inch and tint the windows. Then probably brakes or at least new cross drilled rotors. The exhaust sounds so good now with the supercharger I don't think I will change it. Anybody have any other ideas of what else I should do? I've been thinking of some kind of paint scheme maybe flaming ponies on the hood but I don't know.

Did a dealer do the install?

No, I installed it my self it only took me 5 hours. The kit is very easy to install. So far it is working great.
This car is my daily driver and it is very reliable and smooth power through the entire rpm range.

Here is a picture of the new tips I welded on. What do you think? I also added some chrome door handles, tail light bezels, Fog light bezels and hood pins replaced the small horses and put flaming ones on and added the MUSTANG GT decal between the exhaust tips.

Nice car but... first off in your mods list you dont have 175 wide tires in the back its 275. Also IMO you should ditch those rims immediatly. and i like the tips

I'd do away with the ponies on the back, but to each his own, still a very nice car.

The wheels look much better in person here is a better picture of the rims. They are to shinny to get a good picture of. You are the first to say you don't like them. I wanted something different, didn't want to be like everybody else. I am replacing the ponies with these. What do you think?

Awesome car. Can you give any more infor, like details on the installation? I'm also curious about what kind of mechanical experience you have and what kind of tools and/or special considerations are needed, such as can you do it in your garage or do you need a lift. Also, did you dyno before and after, or just after? And what about before and after track times. As for your question about what you're gonna do next, I would suggest you leave the exterior alone from here on out. I personally like a more sleeper type look, let the engine do the talking instead of too much bling. Also, I didn't notice if you said whether you have a stick or an auto. If you have a stick, the 3.55's are pretty much the best compromise for street / strip, but if you have an auto, you could consider going with 3.73's. That'll wake things up a bit. And you may like the exhaust as it sounds now, but there's nothing that sounds as good as a Mustang with Flowmaster's, in my opinion anyway.

Good luck with the car. I'm giving you two thunbs up.

Thanks for the feedback. I was an auto mechanic for 16 years. It took me about 5 hours on the ground no lift needed to install and there were no special tools required other than an air inpact for removing the alternator pulley and I needed to buy a fuel line disconnect kit. I did dyno before and after. Before was 268 RWHP and after was 379.5 RWHP with 390 Torque that was with the supercharger 39# injectors and an SCT Xcal II starter tune. Then I added a Diablo MAFIA because the MAF was pegging at about 5200 rpm and a high flow air filter. Then had it dyno tuned and got 412 RWHP and 400 Torgue. No track times but I have a G-Meter and I get 0 to 60 times of 3.9 Seconds and quarter mile at 11.8 seconds. Oh and it is a stick with a saleen short shifter and roush rear springs and scoop. I also removed the exhaust and disected it, I cut them open from the top then opened up a baffle and welded them back together so they sound sweet now and it didn't cost me a dime. I also have a GPS driven speedometer to test top speed and calibrate my speedo so far I have had it up to 173 mph and it still had a lot more but I ran out of nerve and room.

Welcome to the forums- the car is a beauty- if you're interested in getting into a club- you can always start your own chapter of an already existing club (hint-hint)
