find one of these on the street. Any KB beats it and has a video of them beatin this type of car, ill keep my mouth shut. until then KBs arent ****

Yep. But a KB cobra can beat a 427 thats just on juice.

So you are really ganna try to compare a 427 with two large turbos to a 280 or so with a supercharger? Yeah...seems fair.

Until you find one that can beat my F-16, an S7 ain't ****.....

ok well first off theres always a faster car
i could post soemtinhg saying ls motors dont have **** on this 750 hp saleen! who cares really
go to a corvette forum or soemthing to basha KB

i am now the proud owner of a 2006 Corvette Z06 just ordered it earlier (my dad did) and i have a 2005 mustang gt.

i love corevettes and that was freaking BOMB
just why hate on KB's?

Oh, BTW. Check out hennessey and their venom 1000TT viper. That'll put a nice beating on the vette.

Ya know, this is one of the reasons I generally don't hang around with people who over zealous about cars.... they always have to point out that another car is faster than yours. It's kinda like that screwball we all knew in highschool that always had some remark about how what you got ain't *&^% and what his buddy's cousin has is soooo much better. I say get a life.

Isn't it funny, the guy that is usually all boned up on showing you or telling you about a car that is faster that yours seldom owns one like it?

We are all aware that some cars are faster than others. Some are slower than others, very similar to people.

Fastest in-house time Hennesey got was about 9.5 or so; Still can't touch that Vette.

twin turbo vs a supercharger r 2 totally diff topics we got goin on here.. specially the motors there on.. what if i said my 4 banger will rape that thing? whooo cares... theres always another car thats faster... it wont end.. thats how it is.. who gives a lions behind, there will always be som1 faster obviously cept for the fastest car in the world.. but even that gets beaten sooner or later.. honestly i see cobras doing high 8's too.. no big deal.. sure its quick, who cares..

blah blah blah quit whinning guys. you just have to give it up to Chevrolet / GM for using old technology and still keeping up. you do have to remember that, that 427 is a Single cam pushrod engine as your Cobra 4.6L is a DOHC engine i believe? with 32 valves? if chevrolet decided to make an LS1 with OHC's it probably would put your 4.6L's out of competition.

plus GM is still makin more stock HP than you guys are.

u dam rite im comparin a 427 tt to ur kbs. u cobras do have nice cars ,no doubt about that, but u think beatin up on LS motors is making u tough s***. GO UP AGAINST THAT CUZ THAT IS A LS BASED MOTOR.
