i was wondering if there was a way to make your main exhaust pipe into a y shape tube, with one side going to your regular exhaust system and the other going through short tubing system which would be aimed up towards the driver side of the car next to me, but there would be some kind of a slide at the beggining of the y pipe so you can close one side or the other. I was thinking i could pull up to someone or the other way around rev my v6 enigine hehe then switch over to the short sort of straight down pipe just before speeding off into the sunset loudly. any tips or rips welcomed thanks

running straight pipes dosent make you any faster, but there is a solution...There is a kit somewhre, otr you can make one if your creative enough (I have before with some stainless sheetmetal and some clutch cable, miscelaneous other stuff).  ITs called a "cutout".  Pull a knob, or potentialy, hit a switch, and your exaust becomes straight through.  Mine had 60 degree flanges pointed at a 22 degree angle at the ground, and a bracket mounted to the flange.  Basicly, the cable goes to a spring loaded arm on the flange, and when you pull the other end which is attached to the car, the knob comes out, and a pin in the shaft holds it out, and the door swings over and closes off the other exaust.  It was mostly for shock value...you know...budaudabudabudabuda....BWAAAAAAAA!!!!!....keeps people looking.
