I was heading out to my buddy Josh's last night. On the way right by the mall i get passed by this Black Gran Prix with DUB rims on it and Super dark tinted windows. The mall entrance light turns red for us so I stop at a red light with the Grand Prix on the driver side. He wants to race cause he just edges to the intersection continuesly. So do I. The oposing traffic has a left turn signal before ours turns green. The one car goes so me n him start to edge on more n more. we are almost half way into the intersection before the light turns green. Bam green light we both punch it. It was almost dead even throughout first gear i was gettin on him just a tad. When i shifted into second i lost some traction, chirped it, he got a bumper on me. But once i hit 3500 - 4000RPMS at second i just pulled on him instantly and passed him. Got up to about 55MPH, he was on my bumper.,when the next light turned red so i shut it down. At the light he wanted to race again but he gave too much throttle that he spun his front wheels out n i just took him in 1st that was the start of a pretty good night. well off to sleep now. later all.
hmm......grand prix vs. a 3.8L mustang? good to see that you won lots of people seem to think those grand prix's are faster than they really are
Not really. I smoked one in a highway race. He kept trying, I'd get way ahead in the twisties, slow in the straights, and he'd eventually start to catch up. Then I'd smoke him again. Did this 3 or 4 times, then passed a logging truck on a passing lane, then never saw him again. They aren't all that.

Sally's gone..
the REAL RedAss
Boost, not all Grand Prix have stock superchargers! They were probably talking about the regular models. My Dad has an '02 and I beat the crap out of that car, and I'm completely stock.
"no ur V6 did not chirp in a gear shift unless u suck at shifting"
Have you ever driven a V6 Mustang, or are you just assuming that they're the slowest thing on earth?? 225 lb/ft of torque= VERY possible tire chirps, especially from first to second. I can squeal all the way through second, but I usually don't because it's stupid and a waste of money in the long run.
