How would i get the antifreeze out of my engine?
I know i need to change the oil, but what about the antifreeze that is still in the block?

are you trying to get it out of the water jacket, or out of the oil?

Just perform an engine flush if you want the anti-freeze out of the block. But, why are you wanting to get the anti-freeze out of the block?

Antifreeeze went down the distributor hole, is this ok?

Just change the oil, and you should be OK.
