Hey, I'm thinkin about trying to stroke up and super charge my 67 with a 289 after I do a tranny swap. Any advice or recommended superchargers? I was thinking about the Paxton Novi 1200, but I would kinda like to go with the kind that sits on top of the block and underneath the carb. Does anyone know of a street driveable supercharger like this? And what would it cost?
Thanks

I would go with the novi system. That way, nobody knows what you got under the hood, but thats my opinion.

Don't you have to change a lot of other stuff before adding a supercharger? Like cam, heads, pistons, etc?

Yeah, I'm going to pull the engine and completely redo it again, after I finish my tranny swap. I'm going to build it back with low compresion pistons and a nice set of heads, as well as good rods, etc. But, I would like to find a blower like the Weiand 144. That one only fits the Chevy small block, so I need one for a Ford.
