what kind of problems would i run into if i wanted to swap a 4.6 into my 68.Other than the shock towers being cut and the wiring maybe the driveshaft i dont know please help.

I think it would be very difficult. There are many engines that will fit in the bay without cutting the shock towers. I'd much rather go the 5.0 or 5.8. with all the aftermarket pieces, you can get all the power you need,and they fit nicely. Or you could go 390,428 cu in.(that dont fit so nicely)which were also available for that year. I would do anything that would allow me to use stock mounts. I dont think you want the headaches of fabricating for the 4.6. Just my 2 pennies. Mustangood 06-14-2003, 05:57 AM go withthe 351.
