GT's already have a crossover (H) pipe in them. If you keep your stock cat's, and then run a x-pipe with mufflers, you probably would be ok in a lot of places.
Removing the cat's will definitely fail you.

Bone stock...for now
cool good info.. so if i buy an x-pipe i dont need to get one with cats because i already have them?? sorry if i sound like an idiot ive just been trying suvs for a while so ive never been this in depth before
An x-pipe that attaches to the factory cats would not.
They both don't have cats, but be careful when ordering as there are those x-pipes that have a cat delete, which you don't want. What you want is the aftercat x-pipe.
