Hey guys, I have a Saleen tonneau cover for a '94 maustang and I need some questions answered before painting it to make sure it fit's correctly (Saleen has been of minimal help).

What exactly is holding this cover to the car...just the seatbelt attatchment and the tabs in the back the slide under the black interior trim??? There are angle brackets on the front end of this cover also but aren't even functional in fitment to anything! The tabs in the rear part of the cover don't seem to slide under the interior trim well either and will be even more of a tight fit once the provided gasket is stuck in place. Does anyone have this cover on their convertible who can offer some tips on fitment etc.? I would appreciate ANY info/tips/tricks since I'm in charge of the painting, and the car doesn't even belong to me.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, I was thinking about it that way also, but then thought "what if this guy wants to do 110mph on the highway" heh. I wonder how sturdy these things are under certain conditions. The material is good as Saleen parts always are, it's just that the attatchment areas don't seem to be very refined.

Thanks.

Anybody have one of these?
